What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the electrical service department, including managers, technicians, and administrative staff
  • Drive sales revenue goals while ensuring high customer and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure thorough onboarding and training for new team members, aligning them with company expectations
  • Evaluate personnel competency and implement coaching and development programs to maximize performance
  • Assign and oversee daily schedules, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Set work standards and maintain high-quality workmanship while achieving customer service metrics
  • Promote teamwork, boost morale, and foster a positive work environment
  • Regularly report on workforce productivity, revenue generation, and department performance
  • Identify areas for process improvement in planning, scheduling, and communication
  • Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets company and industry standards
  • Participate in incident investigations and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the electrical industry (required)
  • Hands-on electrical experience (licensed electrician preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving revenue goals
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, training, and team development
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
