What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the electrical service department, including managers, technicians, and administrative staff
- Drive sales revenue goals while ensuring high customer and employee satisfaction
- Ensure thorough onboarding and training for new team members, aligning them with company expectations
- Evaluate personnel competency and implement coaching and development programs to maximize performance
- Assign and oversee daily schedules, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Set work standards and maintain high-quality workmanship while achieving customer service metrics
- Promote teamwork, boost morale, and foster a positive work environment
- Regularly report on workforce productivity, revenue generation, and department performance
- Identify areas for process improvement in planning, scheduling, and communication
- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets company and industry standards
- Participate in incident investigations and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the electrical industry (required)
- Hands-on electrical experience (licensed electrician preferred)
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving revenue goals
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, training, and team development
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
