What You’ll Do
- Perform residential re-piping and plumbing installations in customer homes
- Collaborate with the Installation Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and offering solutions
- Review work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete designated tasks
- Maintain fully stocked inventory for each job to minimize downtime
- Accurately document work performed in accordance with company procedures
- Mentor and guide apprentices or assistants, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on the job site
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of re-piping processes and best practices
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
- Physical dexterity to handle the demands of plumbing installations
