What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and lead daily dispatch operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and support dispatch personnel, optimizing workflows and prioritizing assignments
  • Utilize technology and dispatching software to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor scheduling and technician assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and minimal delays
  • Maintain a highly organized and productive team, fostering motivation and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Generate reports and performance analytics, tracking key dispatch metrics
  • Provide training and guidance to dispatch staff to enhance performance and efficiency

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a dispatch supervisor role or similar leadership position
  • Familiarity with Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry operations (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant dispatching software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred but not required)
