What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Schedule and route technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
- Support business growth by driving revenue and meeting market goals
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist customers and internal teams to create a positive impact
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage high call volumes
- Dispatch experience preferred but not required
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- A self-starter mindset with a goal-oriented approach
Available Schedules
(Must be able to work at least the following)
- Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM – 10 PM (Remote)
