What You’ll Do
As a Residential Pipelining Technician, you will:
- Perform trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation on residential sewer and drain systems
- Conduct camera inspections to diagnose pipe damage, deterioration, or blockages
- Prepare, clean, and line pipes using epoxy or resin-based pipe lining systems
- Restore sewer and drain lines with minimal disruption to the customer’s home and property
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, repair options, and the pipelining process
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, photos, and job notes in ServiceTitan
- Follow all safety, quality, and installation standards during pipelining operations
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on pipe care and preventative maintenance
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in pipelining, trenchless sewer repair, drain systems, or related plumbing work
- Experience with pipe lining, CCTV inspections, or drain cleaning strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new trenchless technologies and pipelining methods
