Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.

What You Will Do

• Perform high‑quality residential HVAC installations

• Lead and mentor assistants or apprentices

• Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site organization

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Review work orders, follow schedules, and solve issues proactively

• Ensure proper materials are prepared for each job

• Document work accurately and follow company procedures

• Stay current on HVAC codes and standards

What You Need

• Must be 21 or older

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC install experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks

• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently or with a crew

• Strong organization and decision‑making skills

• Safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools
