What You’ll Do
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory to support daily field and service operations
- Track, analyze, and report on warehouse stock levels and part availability
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials, equipment, and tools throughout the facility
- Support technicians by preparing orders, staging materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
- Utilize internal systems (e.g., ServiceTitan or equivalent) for documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager and leadership team to improve processes and support operational goals
- Deliver a strong customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, move, and manage materials and equipment safely
- Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
