Position Summary
Veteran Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing service team, drive operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for coaching technicians, improving department performance, achieving revenue goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians
- Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve growth goals
- Partner with dispatch, sales, installation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and team meetings
- Promote safety, accountability, and Veteran Air's core values
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- 3+ years of plumbing leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service and team-building skills
- Experience managing performance metrics and department goals
- Proficient with service management software (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
